oh..yes... so very difference bebek betutu, I made it 1 day cover with banana leaf and bake it, or some time I use aluminum foil and grill out side...=)
So the duck with chili is fried, like bumbu Bali? or crab chili a la Singapore but is not fried thou???...Love it too...=)
yes...all the food here little expensive, and the price of duck is from the grocery...lol...

yes...I like to make it east meet west for my experiment...lol....I think that what some friends and family want to...Hot but not to hot...ha..ha..ha...

yes...It's spendy for the goose, if I need only 1 goose is ok but need it more then that, have big family and friends, so have a duck and chipper, about $25/duck,...=)
