I'm fine thanks, but d signal is irritating, hope u r well, too. A little bit stiffness here & there still, after d exercise diz afternoon, however d next day usually it will b ok.

Hey, I also like Old Town 2 in 1, it's nice, my friend gave several times, I hv my coffee white nowadays, though sometimes still hv w/ condensed milk, like in kopitiam & Yakunkaya Toast, for variation, w/ Tropicana sugar only if it's lemon tea & rosella tea, too.

To help is 'bang' right, I just reviewed d book (nyontek), zang zang bang is to help often, still not sure bout the 'z', 'zh', 'ch' for zang zang, there's no pin yin in d books used in my course in d past, just dag some from The 500 Most Popular Chinese Characters books.
